Information

Requested information from customers in products order forms. Customers must provide contact information (name, e-mail, billing and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). Financial information that is collected is only used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If there is a problem processing an order, this information is used to contact the customer.

The information that you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving the internet store, and communicating with you. Your information or e-mail address will never be sold, rented, traded for any purpose.

How Secure is My Information?

Angel's Pet Services takes every precaution to protect your information. When customers submit sensitive information via the Website, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When the order form asks a customer to enter sensitive information, such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption technology in the industry (SSL). While on a secure page, such as the order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are not in secure mode.

While using SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, everything is also done to protect customer information off line. All information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in the office.

Angel's Pet Services servers are contracted by Media3 Internet Solutions and use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit Advanced Technology. All orders are processed with Secure Socket Layering (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-Bits (the highest level commercially available) with a Comodo Security Certificate.

E-Mail Communications

An e-mail confirmation of your purchase is sent including your order's number. An additional e-mail may be sent if there are any questions regarding your order.
