LUPINE® Dog Collars - Choosing the Correct Size for your Dog

Using a soft tape measure, find the circumference of your dog's neck, then add 5% to 10% of the actual neck measurement.

Collars should fit comfortably on the dog. You should be able to easily slip two fingers in

between the collar and your dog's neck.

½" widths are best for puppies and small dogs (Yorkie, Shih Tzu, etc.)

¾" widths are best for small to medium dogs (Terrier, Sheltie, etc.)

1" widths are best for large dogs (Mastiff, German Shepherd, etc.)
